As a well-established custom home builder in Southwest Florida, Potter Homes understands that your home is personal, and it should reflect who you are as a family. Our goal is to work with you in a way where you feel valued, cared for and confident that your home is built with the highest level of quality in the industry. We are a small, family company and we intend to stay that way. We enjoy being able to focus directly on the needs of our discerning customers. Details are what will make your home special. You will quickly recognize that Potter Homes installs premium quality materials and workmanship in the details you see and also in the structure concealed beneath the finishes.

Potter Homes officially started in 2001, but Bill Potter has been building custom homes in SWFL for over 30 years. Bill has built over 170 beach homes in the last 18 years and is now joined by his 3 sons, doing what he loves as a family. Potter Homes has always been a small family-oriented company that cares about relationships and quality and has no plans to be anything different.
