The Home Services team exists to help keep your custom home cared for, whether you are here or away. This service is available exclusively to owners of Potter-built homes. Because we know your home from the inside out and have decades of experience with the unique challenges of our Southwest Florida climate, we can maintain your home in a way that nobody else can.

Even with superior quality homes, life happens. Lawns and pools need to be maintained. Not to mention, beachfront homes require extra care to prevent wear and tear from the conditions. But not to stress… these are the things Potter Home Services can handle for you.

For those using the home as a vacation or seasonal home, we can make sure your home is ready for you to arrive at any time. For those living in the home full-time, we can take care of your home maintenance so you can use the time to do things you enjoy. Let our family give you back time to enjoy with your family.

What We Do

Structural Maintenance

The Southwest Florida climate is brutal on homes, even ones as well-built as ours. Every 3 years, we replaced the caulking and paint. We inspect everything to ensure that no damage is going undetected. We clean the outside of your home and windows as needed.

Prevention

We will ensure that your pool is properly maintained and that your home receives pest control treatments, inside and out, on a regular basis. If you are going to be away, we provide home watch services as well.

Outside Maintenance

Our home services teams make sure that your landscaping is properly maintained. We also make sure that your generator is getting scheduled maintenance and is ready to go the moment you need it.

Getting started with our Potter Homes Services is really simple. We can set it up so that you seamlessly move from the completion of your home to our home services. This ensures you have the peace of mind you need to come and go as you please, knowing that our team is only a phone call away.
